Graduated in 2016 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, Erik has been a part of nine dollar figures worth of construction working directly with industry veterans.  He has built class-A multifamily with WEST builders, a boutique GC in East SF Bay, and retrofitted hospitals with Layton Construction Company to maintain access to healthcare for the most at-risk populations in the Bay Area .  His real estate investment knowledge comes from years of study, consistent networking with advanced investors, top-tier coaching, and analyzing hundreds of deals.
